I am having trouble getting my computer to “see” my old phone or the brand new phablet I bought around the same time as these cords and buttons. I have contacted the store for support and am waiting for a reply. I bought three of these cords so I hope they will be able to help me. I will post further feedback, probably next week as I need to give them time to respond.
